Micromax Canvas 2 colours A120 is the updated version of the older Cavas 2A110 but the device differ in almost all categories of specifications.Micromax Canvas 2 colours A120 is a Dual sim device sports a 5inch display,it seems micromax has put lot of efforts in design of this device and it looks entirely different from its predecessor.
The device comes with 3 replaceable back panels in different colours.The volume and lock/unlock keys are embedded into the detachable back panel which a new thing in the design of this device. Talking about the key placement font panel has 3 capcitive buttons,the lock/unlock key is placed on right hand side of the device ,the volume rockers is placed at the left hand side.The back panel fells very premium ,it felt like rubberized plastic but it isn't.Overall the device was able to provide a premium looks which is great for this budget price
DISPLAY
Micromax Canvas 2 colours A120 sports a 5inch LCD IPS display with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels with a pixel density of 294 ppi.The display seemed very vibrant but the viewing angle were not so good,obviously we cant expect a high viewing angle from a budget device ,overall the display performance was nice and is capable of competing with any device in this price range.
CAMERA
Micromax Canvas 2 colours A120 camera department sports a 5MP primary camera and 2MP front facing shooter.The 5MP primary camera is Auto focus and can take pictures at a maximum resolution of 3264 x 2448 pixels,the video recording is 720p.
We have tested the response of the primary camera and found it very responsive and the delay is less than a second as it takes well focused snaps almost instantly .The secondary camera is 2MP fixed focus delivers a good quality video output .

HARDWARE
Micromax Canvas 2 colours comes with very nice hardware package for its price,the device sports a 1.3 GHz Quad-core Mediatek MT6582 chipsest coupled with 1GB of RAM.The Mediatek MT6582 sports a Mali 400MP2 GPU which will deliver a very nice multimedia performance for this device.In our test with Nenamark 2 the device scored 53.2 fps ,and was able to playback both 720p and 1080p videos very smoothly.The device has 4GB of internal storage out of which 0.98GB is user available.In case of RAM out of 1GB,only 306MB is user available. The device also sports a micro SD card slot which can support a maximum of 32GB.
The other connectivity options include Bluetooth v4.0,USB v2.0 ,wifi,3G(HSDPA, 21 Mbps; HSUPA, 5.76 Mbps). Micromax Canvas 2 colours also comes with 2000mAH battery which can deliver upto 7Hrs of talktime.
