Xolo has Launched its new smartphone Xolo Q1200 ,the company announced the device through their Facebook pages .The device will also be available in e-commerce websites like Amazon India, Flipkart, and Snapdeal starting June 10.
Coming to the specifications of this device,Xolo Q1200 sports a 5-inch HD IPS display with a resolution of 720x1280 pixel and a pixel density of 294ppi.Xolo has also provided Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection which will ensure durability of the device.Under the hood the device is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek (MT6582) processor coupled with 1GB of RAM.MediaTek MT6582 processor actually sports a Mali-400 MP2 GPU which is a high performance GPU and will ensure good multimedia performance for this device.Xolo Q1200 comes with 8GB inbuilt storage which is further expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB).
Xolo has given special attention to the camera department of this device by providing 8MP camera with Sony Exmor R sensor ,dual LED flash at the rear and a 2MP front facing shooter .The 8MP rear camera is capable of 1080p Full HD video recording and supports features such as scene detection, tuning, high dynamic, HDR, face recognition, Panorama and geo tagging.
The phone is running on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean out of the box, but Xolo promises it will deliver KitKat update later this year.Xolo has also preloaded some software features on the Q1200 which include gesture controls, voice recognition, float task with dual window feature, cold access apps, and smart reading mode.
The connectivity options include GSM, 3G with HSPA, Bluetooth 4.0 , Wi-Fi and USB 2.0 with OTG support.Xolo Q1200 also sports a 2000mAh Li-ion battery that is company promises to deliver up to 15 hours of talk time and up to 418 hours of standby time.
White and black flavors of Xolo Q1200 are already available on pre-order for INR13,999 or about €175. The phone will hit the shelves across India on June 10.
