It's merely 24 hours left for the official unveiling of Huawei's upcoming Mate 20 series smartphones in London and this morning there were multiple leaks regarding the devices. Now a poster confirming the key features of the Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro smartphones has been leaked on Weibo.
According to the poster, the main selling points of the Mate 20 series will be the flagship Kirin 980 chipset, super wide-angle lens, support for super macro shooting and 40W superfast charging. The poster also showcases the rear panel of the Mate 20 Pro with square shaped triple camera layout and front appearance of the Mate 20 with waterdrop notched display design. Previous reports revealed that the Mate 20 will pack a 4,000mAh battery whereas the Mate 20 Pro is likely to have a larger 4,200mAh battery, both will support 40W SuperCharge fast charging technology, which is expected to reach 70 percent charge in just 30 minutes.
The triple camera module of Mate 20 Pro is expected to feature 40-megapixel main sensor with aperture f/1.8 + 20-megapixel telephoto lens with aperture f/2.4 + 8-megapixel wide-angle lens, and these lenses can work together to capture ultra-macro shots from a very close distance of 2.5cm. Along with the Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro smartphones, Huawei is also expected to launch a game centric device dubbed Mate 20X with a massive 7.12-inch display, and Huawei Watch GT smartwatch at the event.
