Today we learned the they are preparing to launch a new smartphone dubbed as Gionee Elife S Plus in India on November 14th. The new Gionee Elife S Plus will sport a 5.5inch AMOLED display with resolution of 720x1280pixels and 267ppi pixel density and features Corning Gorilla Glass 3 Protection .
Gionee Elife S7 Plus will be powered by 64bit 1.5GHz Octa-core Mediatek MT6753 processor coupled with 3GB of RAM. The Mediatek MT6752 is a Octa core ARM cortex A53 based chipset and sports Mali-T720 which will ensure high end gaming and multimedia performance. Gionee Elife S Plus also comes with 16GB internal memory which is not expandable via micro SD card .The connectivity options include Bluetooth 4.1 ,Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n( dual band, hotspot), GPS/ A-GPS, GPRS/ EDGE, 3G & 4G LTE.The Elife S7 Plus also the first device from Gionee to feature USB Type C port connectivity
The camera department sports 13MP Auto focus primary camera with LED Flash and 5MP front facing shooter. The device will run on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop with the company's home-grown Amigo OS 3.1 on top and will have 3150mAh battery.
