Huawei has already launched its next generation Mate series smartphones dubbed Huawei Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro in London with breakthroughs technologies and advanced features. Now today the new reports suggest that the newly launched Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro devices would feature a significant upgrade in the EMUI 9.0 and its AI capabilities.
EMUI 9 is regarded as the successor of EMUI 8, which was debuted last month and was slated for launch on Huawei P20, P20 Pro and Mate 10 Pro. According to Huawei the new EMUI 9.0 carriers various useful and smart features that brings multiple AI capabilities to ease out the routine work, for example, by integrating the EMUI 9 with the new triple camera sensors, the devices can figure out the calories count of a dish or it can even identify the calories of every single item on the platter. It will automatically translate any other non-native language and can identify the person/objects present in the camera along with the ability to give the shopping links.
EMUI 9 also feature a streamlined UI with support for most Android Pie features, such as the new gesture based navigation system. The EMUI 9.0 is seemingly faster and productive than the previous EMUI 8.0, (it can open up the apps 109 milliseconds faster). By combining the EMUI with the turbo GPU it will improve its latency by 36%, which provide enhanced performance while playing games or doing graphics intensive work. The Android Pie-based EMUI 9 seems more responsive and quicker when compared with other Android Pie supporting OS, while the Huawei has also added Google’s digital Wellbeing app in the EMUI 9.0 too.
