Recently there were reports that Huawei is working on a third Mate 20 smartphones and at that time it was rumored to be a limited edition device dubbed as Huawei Mate 20 Porsche Design. Now today Huawei has published an official teaser on its twitter account suggesting that the third Mate 20 will be a game centric smartphone and it will be dubbed as Mate 20X.
Huawei is all set to launch Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro on October 16 in London and early report suggested along with these two device there will be a Porsche Design versions like the last years Mate 10 Porsche Design, but now the company has confirmed that will be a flagship Mate 20X smartphone which will be dedicated for a better gaming experience. The new video teaser also hinted that the device will feature a large battery, and there will be a new heatpipe that allow super cooling effect while playing high-tier games.
Unfortunately the teaser does not revealed much information regarding the Mate 20X, but rumors have pointed out that the device will feature a 7.21-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2240 x 1080p. It would be powered by the new Kirin 980 SoC coupled with either 4GB, 6GB, or 8GB of RAM, and may arrive with 128GB to 512GB internal storage options. Huawei Mate 20X will also go official on October 16, and recent report suggest that Huawei will also unveil the Huawei Watch GT and the Freebuds 2 Pro with the regular Mate 20 and premium Pro model.
