Recently there were reports that Sony is working to release an entry level smartphone dubbed as Xperia L3 which is regarded as a successor of Xperia L2 that was officially debuted at CES 2018 in January. Now today the popular leakster @OnLeaks (Steve Hemmerstoffer) has published 3D render video of the Xperia L3 on his twitter account revealing its design in full glory.
From the render images it seems Sony Xperia L3 will feature a tall display and it is rumored to arrive with a new 5.7-inch display with aspect ratio 18:9, while its predecessor Xperia L2 has an aspect ratio of 16:9. The front panel of the Xperia L3 on the new renders seems to be having slightly thick top and bottom bezel with slimmer side bezels. On the right hand side Sony has placed power button, volume rocker, and side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
The rear panel seems to be having vertically aligned dual cameras accompanied by LED flash on the top left corner. The Sony logo can be seen on the middle of the rear panel, while at the bottom we can see the Xperia name. The bottom panel is having a USB Type-C port in the middle with a speaker and a microphone on either side, while there is a 3.5mm headphone jack on the top. However, at present there is no information regarding its launch or availability, but the tipster has suggested that the new Xperia L3 will presumably unveiled along with the upcoming Xperia XA3.
