As expected, Huawei has also launched its latest Porsche Design device dubbed the Huawei Mate 20 RS along with the Huawei Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro in London. The Mate 20 Porsche Design is having a similar specs to the Mate 20 Pro with slight changes in the rear panel design along with increased RAM and internal storage. At the launch event Huawei has claimed that this device is inspired by the Motor Racing which will provide ultimate premium experience through seamless body design that make it remarkably smoother to touch.
The Mate 20 Porsche Design is equipped with 6.39-inch AMOLED display with QHD+ resolution and aspect ratio 19.5:9. Unlike the Mate 20 Pro, the Mate 20 RS features a premium leather with a vertical strip of glass at the center that runs from the top to the bottom of the back panel and it houses the triple camera module with the Porsche Design logo. There is no camera bump on the handset and it is available in two color options such as Black,Red.
It is powered by Kirin 980 SoC coupled with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB / 512 GB internal storage variants.The device run on Android pie out of the box and will pack a 4,200mAh battery that supports 40W SuperCharge fast charging and 15W wireless charging. The triple camera module of Mate 20 RS features 40-megapixel main sensor with aperture f/1.8 + 20-megapixel telephoto lens with aperture f/2.4 + 8-megapixel wide-angle lens, and these lenses can work together to capture ultra-macro shots from a very close distance of 2.5cm. On the front there is a 24-megapixel camera for selfies.

The Mate 20 RS with 8 GB of RAM + 256 GB internal storage variant is priced at €1,695 (~$1,960 US dollar) and the higher 512 GB will costs €2,095(~$2,425 US dollar), while the company has not yet confirmed the pre-order period, but it did confirm that its shipments will begin on November 16.
