Xiaomi is all set to launch its flagship smartphone dubbed Mi MIX 3 on October 25th at an event in China and company has recently released numerous teasers regarding its features. Now today, for the first time the live images of the Mi MIX 3 has been leaked on Weibo revealing its front panel design.
From the image the Mi Mix 3 seems to be having a huge display with a screen-to-body ratio of around 95 percent and narrow side bezels, while bottom bezel seems to be slightly thick. We can also see the sliding mechanism of the display which is enabled with dual selfie camera setup accompanied by LED flash, recent report suggest that there will a 24MP front camera as the main sensor, while there is no info about the other. The earpiece of the smartphone seems to be placed on the edge of the top bezel. The slider of the smartphone is also rumored to feature a 3D structured light module for 3D face recognition system and the device may also arrive with an in display fingerprint scanner.
Previous reports revealed that the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 will feature a 6.4 inch display with a bezel-less design and it would be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor coupled with 10GB RAM ( limited edition) and there will be other variants such as 6 GB of RAM + 128 GB of internal storage, 8 GB of RAM + 128/256 GB internal storage. The smartphone is also reported to have a dedicated AI assistant button for accessing the Xiao AI voice assistant. Xiaomi has confirmed through a teaser that the limited edition Mi MIX 3 may also support 5G connectivity. The Mi MIX 3 will be arriving in three color options such as Black, Green Emerald, Sapphire Blue, while the Green and Blue color could be the gradient variants.
