Yesterday we reported about the official teaser from Xiaomi revealing the launch of Mi MIX 3 on October 25th at an event in Beijing at the Nanjing Sports Centre (here). Now today, Xiaomi has released another teaser which revealed that the upcoming Mi MIX 3 arrive with a 5G support and smartphone may carry 10GB RAM. Also, an Indian publication has shared fresh information that the Mi MIX 3 will arrive with new and attractive color options.
Through the teaser image Xiaomi has confirmed that the Mi Mix 3 will be the world’s first 5G and 10GB RAM smartphone, but there is no additional information regarding the device. At present it is speculated that the 10 GB RAM edition of the smartphone could be limited edition model and there will be other variants such as 6 GB of RAM + 128 GB of internal storage, 8 GB of RAM + 128 GB of storage and 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. According to the Indian publication, the Mi MIX 3 will be arriving in three color options such as Black, Green Emerald, Sapphire Blue, while the Green and Blue color could be the gradient variants.
Previous reports revealed that the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 will feature a 6.4 inch display with a bezel-less design and it would be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor. The smartphone is also reported to have a dedicated AI assistant button for accessing the Xiao AI voice assistant. It may arrive with in-display fingerprint scanner and 3D facial recognition system for maximum security. The Mi Mix 3 is speculated to feature a dual rear camera with a 20MP main sensor that will also support Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS) and Electronic Image Stabilisation (EIS), while there is no info about the secondary sensor.
